The territorial scope of the insurance coverage includes activities in the member states of the European Union (EU) and thus meets at least the requirements of § 51 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO).

Consumer Dispute Resolution Information (§ 36 VSBG / § 73 BRAO) The competent arbitration board authorized to decide on disputes in consumer matters involving economic interests and claims arising from mandate/client relationships is the Arbitration Board of the Legal Profession (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft), Rauchstraße 26, 10787 Berlin (Phone: +49(0)30 2844417 0, Fax: +49(0)30 2844417 12, E-mail: schlichtungsstelle@s-d-r.org) or the out-of-court dispute resolution body of the Kassel Bar Association (pursuant to § 73 para. 2 no. 3 in conjunction with § 73 para. 5 BRAO).
In addition, the law firm ALBRECHT Rechtsanwälte, Attorney Aaron Albrecht, is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

The designation "Rechtsanwälte" (Lawyers) serves solely the uniform presentation of the law firm and does not establish any legal or corporate relationship with other attorneys.
Insofar as additional attorneys are listed, they are employed by or work as freelance associates for the firm's owner. The public presentation serves to inform about the personnel composition and does not create the legal appearance of a law partnership (Sozietät).
